We just came across this restaurant wandering in Cuenca commercial downtown. It's really not expensive and the staff is nice. Quiet street, tables on the sidewalk under the trees. The food was fairly mediocre. Ensalada de pollo was really basic (not too bad but nothing...to write home about), fettucine verde not really good, a bit floury and tasteless; pizza tropical contained a really bad tomato sauce and weird base... Riquísimas ensaladas, Pizzas, Pasta. Restaurante italiano que no te defraudará.
