Food is good, but not always consistent. You can get it and it's amazing and you want to go all the time. Then the next time everything let's you down, for different reasons. Like to salty, all nervy meat, didn't get what you ordered, things like that. But when everything is done right it is delicious. So roll the dice and cross your fingers you go on the right day. So they messaged me to write something here... Day 1 I went on a Sunday morning it was early. Went inside to use the bathroom wash my hands I wanted to go thru the drive thru and keep it moving... Got yelled at as I was getting in my car. They came outside to yell at me for taking a **** washing my hands . I assume they thought I was a homeless guy. Even if I was that sucks. I go here often after work. Filbertos carnitas tacos and tamales are really delicious. All the ingredients are always fresh. The green sauce is really good too. The service is always really good. I hardly go inside but the last time I did it smelled really good there and they served free chips and salsa. This is one of the best locations I have visited.
My Machaca burrito was delicious!! Hot and tasty. My wife got some tacos with shredded beef. She was only able to eat two of her 3 rolled tacos. I finished the last one. It, too, was delicious.
Filiberto’s is always a favorite stop over as I’m traveling through Albuquerque, NM; Jorge and his lovely Bride/Owners have created a great concept with delicious flavors from Mexico with hints of Mayan spice!
Beware: Don't order online here. According to the staff the website linked is fake. Apparently management is aware and won't fix it. They also are very rude and unhelpful even though it's a problem they are aware of. What a joke.
Everything is always so tasty and freshly cooked. If you dine in, they have a complimentary salsa bar and tortilla chips for you to snack on while you wait for your food. Their agua frescas are so good too! The customer service is always amazing. Manuel was great, very knowledgeable about the food and very friendly and hospitable. Can’t wait to go back! :
