We tried ordering online but the gift card, although we could see it had $30, wouldn?t work on the site when we tried to order. So wecalled the local restaurant and ordered over the phone. We informed them we would be using a gift card. They took the order, butas we arrived, we were told the current system for processing gift cards had been recently updated. This apparently meant thatour $30 gift card we received a week ago was now useless. The female employee that served us (not Matt regardless of the receiptinfo) was uninterested in finding a solution. She gave us an insincere ?sorry? to try and console my wife, but was unwilling toput forth any effort to make this first time customer want to return. It?s almost as disappointing as your boss promising pizzafor lunch but he gets it from Pizza by Alfredo.

The employee over the phone took my order and said I could use the gift card in store. When I arrived to pick up my order, I wasinformed they no longer accepted that gift card. They had changed their gift card processing company. I had only received thegift card a week ago.Regardless I felt they should honor a gift card especially when one of their employees already said I coulduse it in store. Complete waste of my time and Horrible customer service.

We arrived 15 minutes before the posted close time and the doors were locked up tight. Employees looked up and did nothing. Markand Becky you had a good thing going, but since you have handed over the reigns things certainly have gone downhill, big time.
