I placed an order through the app at 1:25 PM and arrived at 1:40 PM. Upon arrival, I was told it would take a while. I left and came back to the restaurant at 2... read more I placed an order through the app at 1:25 PM and arrived at 1:40 PM. Upon arrival, I was told it would take a while. I left and came back to the restaurant at 2:05 PM, only to find that my order still hadn't been started. The employee I encountered was very rude and spent the time complaining to everyone in the store about being alone for two days. If she focused more on her job instead of complaining, I believe she would be more productive and have a better attitude.
