Mcdonald's - Ringgold

If i could rate it 0 I would. This mcdonald’s is by far the worst. They always mess up your food, they are rude. I can’t stand this place. I will never be back

We brought the kids here around 2pm on a Saturday. There was one other family in the dining room. They refuse to take your order in person, so I used the Kiosk. The dining room was filthy with trashcans overflowing and tables that hadnt been wiped in ages. After a long wait, the fries came out cold. But the absolute worst problem was the ladies room. It REAKED of old urine. It truly smelled like an unkept cat box. We had to wait for the big stall to change a diaper. I chose to wait outside the door. After about 15 minutes someone finally cleared the stall. An employee (I dont know how they endured the smell that long. They went straight back to workand the bathroom wasn't attended during our visit. It was truly a miserable, disgusting experience. I wish we had gone to the BK across the street

Very clean, and I was able to change my granddaughter 's diaper in a clean restroom.

The Lada is oi Kadashdrofe, orders were made incorrectly several times, the animals are disgraceful and the ambience is not good.

Out of town, DoorDash, my kids some food they forgot to put in the fries when I called. They basically told me good luck. Very poor service.
