The employees and management clearly take pride in their work, as the dining area was clean and the chairs were comfortable. The beverage station was well-stocked and ready for use. I also took the opportunity to visit the ladies' restroom and found it to be just as clean, with plenty of toilet paper available. It’s always a relief to see well-maintained facilities. When I was ready to order, I was quickly greeted, and Parker, the cashier, was incredibly helpful in making suggestions to accommodate my dietary needs. My food came out swiftly, and everything was delicious and served hot. The cookies were especially delightful—so soft and warm that they could melt butter! I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take pictures of my meal, but I’ll definitely be back on my next trip. Highly recommend this KFC!

We made a quick stop for dinner during our 44-hour drive from Naples, Florida, to St. Louis, Missouri, to pick up our granddaughter's high school graduation gift.

The ambiance was spot on, a... read more I haven't visited a KFC in quite a while because they’ve been closing down in my area. However, my recent experience was impressive. The ambiance was spot on, and the restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. The fries were among the best I've had in a long time. They needed to prepare more fries, and the young lady at the front counter was very apologetic; she even offered me an additional side item because of the short wait of just two minutes. It's rare to find such attentive service these days, especially in a fast-food setting. Overall, it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had in a while.
