A warm smile is always a positive sign when you step into a restaurant, and that's exactly what I experienced! The food was excellent, and the milkshakes were satisfyingly thick, remaining delicious even after I got home. The location was clean, and the peanuts and burgers were just perfect.

The food was excellent, but the staff was unfriendly. The first boy who took my orders cut me off in the middle of everything I said, and when I came back for another burger, the next child laughed at me and shook his head during my order. I expected the adults to be nicer, but they didn't make eye contact or say thank you. I yelled out the number and sneaked it with people. Maybe it was an abandoned night, but you expect people to be nicer when you drop 60 bucks on Burger, Fritten and Shakes.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. My steak and cheese sub were made exactly to my specifications. I will definitely come back!

Consistently good, not big burgers. The best pommes from every restaurant out there.

First, be aware that this is an expensive burger and fry spot, but the food is exceptional—greasy yet delicious. My husband and I shared a bacon cheeseburger and regular fries, and we ended up with both lunch and dinner. We're definitely not small eaters, and it cost us $40 for two enormous burgers, a mountain of fries, a milkshake, and a large Coke. It may be pricey, but it's absolutely WORTH IT!
