Food is fresh but service is very slow sometimes. I called in for an order and it took longer than a normal meal. It wasn't even a large order.. But the place is clean and most of the time the meals are fast and hot. For fast food, this is above standard. 4 out of 5 Parking: Never busy, plenty of parking. Worst KFC I have ever been to. I work in the area and come to this location at many different times of the day and they never have any food made let alone things showcased in their current ads. Talked to a woman claiming to be the manager when I called ahead an order. They said they had everything ready and I was set to pick it up and when I arrived they didn’t even have anything made let alone ready. Manager was extremely dismissive and rude and wouldn’t not provide any compensation for my wasted time and zero dinner to take home to the family that night. 0 star if I could! Impeccable service, unparalleled food, hot fast and freshly prepared. A super polite and helpful team, my favorite place on cold and hot days Clean and pleasant place and now decorated for Christmas. I highly recommend it. Kid-friendliness: It has chairs and snacks for children.
