What User doesn't like about Get Fruity Cafe Rincon:
Food is good. But the customer service is TERRIBLE!! They recently hired a young boy and girl to be upfront, but it seems nobody trained them on how to be courteous. They can?t open their mouths and speak. No thank you or have a good day or anything. Worst I?ve EVER seen!! This prevents alot of people I know from now wanting to go in there. I've been here once and the service was reasonable. But.... I come back today and they have the door locked 3 min before closing time... Sign on door saying they are hiring but people are inside still behind the counter with the door locked! Just rude..
Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Online ordering was also easy to navigate. Will definitely be visiting again!
It?s great that a more healthy alternative food stop is here. The wraps and salads are really good, the smoky are good but not consistent. The service could be Much better even when you come in and speak they appear like they aren?t even happy to be there. So therefore the customer service is horrible. Not only with me but I have seen the Lack of customer service and more friend needs a Lot of work. Don?t forget You custom are the ONLY reason you are able to function!!! So
