Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Rincon

Everytime I order food from here, I?m reminded why I don?t eat here and I literaly live across the street from it. Simple chicken strip meal. Chicken tenders completely stale no clue how old. Fries? cold every single time. Do not come here for food.

I decided I would try this Dairy Queen again?but I really should have not given them another chance. Ice cold fries, and my hamburger was so overcooked that it was literally crispy; so gross. The only thing worth anything was my drink. I got no napkinsand I asked for some salt, pepper and ketchup and didn?t even get that or a straw for my drink. Forget this place it?s not worthyour time in the drive thru line, and that?s going to take you about a half an hour?. Ridiculous!

Never again... I would be embarrassed to own this DQ. Don't waste your time and risk your health here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure if there is a worse DQ than this, like people that work there are probably sick of working there, the ice cream is more on the side of smoothie then frozen cream, like for real, I’ve been here many times and it’s always crazy bad. Horrible place to go will not be going back ever. The staff at the drive thru was very rude to us . Our food was cold when we got it. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took them ten minutes to open the window. And Why does it take ten minutes to make a milkshake when we were the only ones there. Looked like all of the staff was outside at the patio tables not working. If I could give zero stars I would, would not recommend to anybody very bad.
