The restaurant was full. The chief immediately made the effort to redesign his room to welcome us at a late hour. Fortunately for us because otherwise it was young until the next day. Traditional dishes were copied but mostly very well cooked. The sauerkraut-style cabbage accompanying the hinge was, for example, a delight (the hinge too). There were also lighter dishes but the temptation was too great.The service team was very friendly and the joyful room. In short, a nice surprise.
