Restaurant Gorgin - Rimouski

We were a party of seven without reservations. The staff quickly accommodated us. Although most of us ordered in french, I spoke English to our server and he was very pleasant and responded in english. The decor was pleasing and tasteful in Gor Gin's new location. The menu is typical Canadian Chinese. The food was fresh with ample portions. The group was pleased with their meals. Two of us prefer more authentic Chinese cuisine. Maybe next time I will ask our server what dishes would be more suitable to our tastes.

Wasn't disappointed. Better than all chinese restaurants i tried in quebec city. of course, if you're looking for authentic chinese food it's probably not the best place. Prices and service very good.

We had a coach load of people going to Rimouski ;we went online to see what restaurants were available to cater the 36 people on the bus. We phoned restaurant Gorgin to make a reservation but were very rudely told it is law in Quebec to speak French. We told them we were from New Brunswick and asked do you not want 36 people coming to your restaurant he said no . We are going to his rival ; with that attitude i am suprised he is still open so if you do not speak French do not go there.

Restaurant qui offre des mets chinois. N'offre plus que le riz en accompagnement alors que le vermicelle etait délicieux. Les récents cuisiniers embauchés offre un produit de moindre qualité que ce que le propriétaire cuisinait.
