What User doesn't like about Rotisserie St-hubert:
The restaurant host declined to serve us simply because we spoke English. Despite the restaurant being empty, we were told they were fully booked and had no available seats. It was extremely disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to dining there. We then walked down the street to the 50s diner and were welcomed with excellent service. View all feedback.
Unfortunately, the delivery is extremely slow. I placed my order 1 hour and 30 minutes ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I have plans tonight!

To make matters worse, the employees stood in front of us for about 15 minutes without acknowledging us before finally communicating that we could not be seated. My family had been looking forward to dining here, as we had heard great things about the restaurant, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior left a negative impression. I would rate this experience 1 out of 5 stars, as it felt like they were unwilling to accommodate English speakers.

The service took an incredibly long time. On DoorDash, it was indicated that there would be a 15-minute delay. However, the dasher arrived at the restaurant around that time only to find that the food hadn’t even been started. He had to wait another 15 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. St. Hubert needs to provide accurate timing for both customers and dashers.
Was the worst St-Hubert Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited endlessly for our food. Was served chicken that was raw in the middle. Was informed by the server that the manager offered a $10 rebate as some of the chicken was eaten. I had to eat some meat to get to the bone where I saw blood, so stopped eating the chicken. After I informed the server that I was extremely dissatisfied, I also told the server that the manager should have been to one coming to the table to try and resolve this issue. I paid my bill (less $10.00) the server didn’t get a tip and the manager was happy to just stare me down as I walked out. Very degrading, and if I was the owner, I’d be looking for a new manager.
