After tasting it, I can confirm it fully deserves its reputation: it's officially in my top 3 in all of Romagna (and I've tried so many). The kiosk is located just outside Rimini, in the hills, a few kilometers from the city: an easily accessible location and perfect for a tasty break away from the chaos. The piadina is simply exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. A mix of authentic flavors that captivates you from the first bite and makes you wish it would never end. Truly out of this world. The only downside: it's closed for the winter. I'll be in the area soon, but I'll have to wait until next summer to return... and I can't wait.

The classic one with prosciutto crudo, arugula, and squacquerone cheese is the pinnacle of authentic flavor you'd expect from a dish of this kind. The staff is friendly, and you'll be welcomed into a vintage setting, a covered kiosk that provides shade even on the hottest days. All the other options on the menu are also worth trying. Highly recommended.
