Very slow service. The young blonde girl with all the tattoos was doing her best to help everyone while 2 middle aged women moved as slow as humanly possible while repeating Just a minute everytime a customer walked in. The young guy outside doinggarbages did come to help, but it wouldn 't have been needed if the other 2 did anything productive besides telling us to wait.
Staff need to do less chit chatting and more of the work they?re paid to do. Keeping other customers waiting because your having a ten minute conversation at the till is actually poor customer service. It?s fast convenient food why did we wait 22 minutesfor a sandwich and quencher with only one person in front of us.
Honestly don't care for the whole company, in my eyes discrimination in any form is wrong. But denying children access to play sports due to not having an injection that's not mandatory but totally dangerous makes them the worse type of company in mineand many others eyes. Plus McDonald's coffee is so much better.
I don't complain about much or leave many reviews, but seriously how do yall manage to mess up almost every single order? Like no matter what there's pretty much always something wrong or missing. No sauce on the farmers biscuit or on the new habenaro breakfast sandwhich this morning. Ask for bacon wrap? You get sausage. Asked for extra sauce with the potato wedges the last FOUR TIMES I've been there and not once have I actually gotten any, even though I'm sure I've paid for
I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is literally the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Always something wrong with my order or I?m the only car in the drive thru and I?m still waiting for 15 minutes. A few mistakes are understandable but not every time. Take this as constructive criticism and hopefully management implements some more training. Absolutely ridiculous.
