A representative flavor of Rikuzentakata City, Small Town. I think it stands with the signboard of such a good taste. Black and white dan dan noodles, grilled dumplings, bean sprout ramen. All are above standard in my personal opinion. Basically, there are other noodles based on dan dan noodles or Trigara.
