One night it took three attempts and two hours f... read more Last couple of times I have ordered from dominos Balbriggan the pizzas that arrived had all the wrong toppings. One night it took three attempts and two hours for the pizza to arrive with the right toppings. This has happened multiple times, when I call back to ask for the right pizza they say it will take over an hour to arrive again and they will give a coupon. When I asked staff who/where I could lodge a complaint staff put the call on hold for over ten minutes then said they do not know who I can speak to about this issue. When the right pizza eventually arrives it’s nice but not worth the trouble of waiting hours and ringing back and forth to get the order right. Delivery staff have been lovely and very apologetic every time but staff in store taking orders have been shockingly bad and consistently getting orders wrong.
