The staff were incredibly kind to me and my daughter. When my card didn’t work, they went out of their way to cover the cost of our meal instead of just letting us go. I’ve never experienced such generosity from a large company before. I will definitely choose to support them every day! Plus, the food was delicious! This restaurant used to be great! My family and I visited last night, and my husband and I have a dairy allergy. We specifically asked twice for our chili to be made without cheese, yet we received cold chili with onions and cheese. Thankfully, we managed to remove most of the cheese since the chili was cold, but some bits were mixed in that we didn’t notice until we started eating. Now we're dealing with allergy rea... I have been to this Wendy's multiple times and the last 2 times I was there, the employees were extremely distracted. I know alot of these employees are high school and middle school kids, but I decided to go inside and order because the drive thru was packed. When I stepped foot inside the restaurant, every employee was standing in the lobby almost in a circle chatting and laughing. I started to walk towards the counter and saw no employees in the kitchen and a line around the drive thru. Once they noticed me, they scrambled back to the kitchen but still took about 6 minutes for them to place my order. I waited for almost 20 minutes after placing my order before I got it. The employees were messing around and joking in the kitchen as if no one was there and I contribute that to the time in which it took to get my order. I understand have little pow wow moments and pep talks are needed and most of these kids are still in middle or highschool,but in my opinion it is EXTREMELY frustrating when there are people waiting around the building for food or orders handed out and to witness what I did inside the lobby. My experience here keeps getting worse the more I visit. I have celiac and ask for a lettuce hamburger they never change gloves so my food is always cross contaminated Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
