This used to be a wonderful place before Corona, but unfortunately... read more Chat Cafe-Restaurant is located on the (latvian) 4th floor of the Stockmann shopping center. This used to be a wonderful place before Corona, but unfortunately it has changed a lot since then. Now there is just half of the meals and drinks they offered before, and those which are available don't really look fresh. I also recognized that the prices for some dishes habe6increased and the portions got smaller. Anyway you can still choose some starters, salads, hot dishes and desserts.
