An unparalleled gastronomic experience at Ristorante Classe 88 in Rieti: where each dish tells a story of passion for food. Very high quality of raw materials with presentation of dishes cured in small details.
We happened by chance in this small but very nice local, to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted and accompanied throughout the dinner by exquisite and attentive people to our every need. We tried appetizers, two first, grilled and sweets. All exquisitely treated in detail with a touch of freshness and innovation. All raw materials were of excellent quality and also the relationship with the price was excellent. What to say.... thank you again for making our evening even more special. We'll be back soon. Great restaurant with delicious and good quality menu choices. Open kitchen and super chef! Hot appetizers with fries and top panations. Very good fregular with seafood and ravioli with shrimp tartare, I enjoyed the fresh pasta but maybe a little thinner to taste the filling better. Light and crisp fish frying, tasty and super fresh ombry fillet. The accompanying chicory a little woody but still tasty. Sweets all delicious! Panna cotta delicate and non-fat with accompaniment of fresh strawberries, also tiramisù was delicious! Very attentive service and available to the needs of the customer. We're definitely coming back!

They are young, they have invested courageously in their dreams, they work with passion, the result can only be great. Respect for raw material, curated presentations, few dishes in the menu but done well. I discovered with great pleasure the presence of Sicilian wines like SP68 by Arianna Occhipinti. Bravo
