There were two servers and the man let the woman... read more Came early in the day, was the only customer when I entered. ordered a flat white and bagel with cream cheese. There were two servers and the man let the woman do it (which felt as a practice) and she screwed up and had to remake them. Proportion was still off and taste watery. I wished it was better because my friends spoke so highly of this place. Since I am paying full price, please do not use my order as a time to practice. I gave it a three because the pastry was good and they are not as bad for service (its NYC, I see)

Don’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off going to TOPOs to grab a coffee and a scone.

Super loud thumping music with lots of f-bombs, to the point one employee kept changing tracks when people with kids came in. This happened on two recent weekend visits. I don’t think they want people chilling there anymore. I used to spend an afternoon getting multiple drinks, reading, meeting friends. now I get one to-go if I visit at all. Just doesn’t feel relaxing. Coffee itself is still good.
