Dashi Noodle House - Ridgewood

Our server Alan was fantastic, even though we were seated outside, the service was great. I especially enjoyed the Californian rolls, but everything that was brought to the table was excellent.

The sushi was incredibly fresh and the gyoza was excellent. I still need to try the ramen, but I hope to do so soon. I was surprised by the negative reviews from others. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was very clean. All workers were wearing gloves and masks. The outdoor seating was amazing and felt private, providing a great experience for guests.
