Overall, while there are serious areas for improvement, especially concerning service and atmosphere, the potential for a satisfying meal remains promising when the right staff is on duty.

The young lady was extremely friendly and courteous. Despite encountering a technical issue with the register, she remained calm and provided personalized service to both us and the other customer.
I have already posted my review of this particular Subway location. After putting in an order, the lady making the subs seemed to be somewhat annoyed, am not sure. But the disappointment is that my sub was made totally different than all the other times i've ordered the same kind of sub at this location and other locations nearby. I felt as though i paid alot for so little. Just a big disappointment.
Sa'maya did an outstanding job preparing my sandwich. She was friendly, accurate with the order, and I observed her diligently washing her hands before handling my order. The entire establishment appeared to be clean. I highly recommend visiting this store when Sa'maya is working. Hopefully Subway will acknowledge her dedication and give her the opportunity to train new employees.
I went to Subway and received exactly what I ordered. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was clean, especially considering it was inside a gas station.
