What Bonnie Lawson doesn't like about Hardee's:
10/31/18. The floors were filthy, almost every table needed to be cleaned, ketchup dispenser was empty (everyone had to ask for ketchup), service was slow and food was barely warm.
The burgers are always such a treat and the soda taste good and is always refreshing.
They successfully delivered everything I ordered and followed my instructions, which is already impressive. The food was hot and delicious!
The Pork Chop N Gravy Biscuit could have benefited from a bit more gravy.
It took over an hour for my order to be prepared, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. Additionally, some items were missing from my order.
This Hardee's provides outstanding customer service that is truly rare to find. The corporate office should consider using the employees and management here as a model! Thank you for the fast and attentive service once again!
