They really need to look into better management. The great food is the reason I’m giving this place a four-star rating.

After paying and getting my drink, the staff asked me to pull forwa... read more I ordered the supreme combo, which included a 5-piece and a 3-piece, through the drive-thru. After paying and getting my drink, the staff asked me to pull forward because the chicken was still cooking. When I asked how long it would take, she said about 5 minutes. Why wasn’t I told this when I placed my order or paid? This was really poor customer service! There was no one else in line when I ordered. My son will need to find somewhere else he likes.

We come... read more I want to highly commend this restaurant. Despite it being their busiest day of the year, the staff stayed cheerful and skillfully handled large orders. We come here every race day, twice a year, and the food is always outstanding.
