 Everything was immaculate. We will definitely be dining with you guys again. The food and the service was great.
One of our favorite places to dine. Although it is known for its steak, the seafood selections are equally as good. Don't miss the trout almondine or fried flounder when they are specials.
My fiance and I LOVE Shapley's! This is our favorite place for date night! The staff/management is always super friendly, the food is always delicious and exceeds our expectations. We always have an amazing experience here. I highly recommend Shapley's!
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! We had reservations for my friends birthday on Saturday July 9, 2022. Our waiter Rashied was the WORST!!! We placed our drink and appetizer order. One of the drinks where made wrong and he tried to make it seem as though we didn't know that it was made wrong. We placed an order for crab claws but ordered the wrongones. We asked could we change them as soon as we realized that what we ordered was wrong. He said he would talk to hismanager. He came back with the crab claws packed up in a togo box and said that the manager said we would have to pay for thembut if we wanted to order the correct ones we could. We asked could we have some bread, he stated he doesn't bring the breadout until he brings out the salads. For a table of 10 people he brought out 8 rolls. It took a very long time for us to getout food and when it came out it was cold. One of the people in our party asked for their steak to be cut in half. Everyone whoordered a steak, their steak was cut in half. As he was passing out the food he spilled steak juice in her hair, and all overher clothes. He was nonchalant and unapologetic about what he did. We asked for a manager and Jeffery came and had the sameattitude. He offered her some soda water to try to get oil out of her linen dress. We addressed our concerns about the food,the drinks and the service and he basically said nothing but he was sorry. He asked who had a problem with their food. He wouldtake the food off but the drinks we still had to pay for. The waiter Rashein attempted to give the lady in out party a check. She told him to give it to Jeffery Shapley (the manager) who gave her the soda water for her ruined lien dress. To make mattersworse he lost one of our party's credit card. He told her she was irresponsible and that she was being childish. He thenproceeded to say that he had been sick of us (the patrons) and he told her F her! The manager nev
