Applebee's Grill - Ridgeland

Customer service was slow, but we were patient, but I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got no chicken. Then our waiter disappeared several minutes so we couldn't tell him about the order. When he finally came back, he didn't try to do anything except to ask if I wanted the chicken on a plate I should probably get? Come on and you? I wanted the first place and after you the food is grounded and I sit there and wait (food gets cold) You don't even try with a free dessert or $1 from the order, a chicken quesadilla with just tortilla and cheese. You can be short staff, but you should be able to add chicken on a chicken quesadilla. Also the lady next to me ordered her food an hour and half an hour ago when we arrived there and she waited 30 minutes to correct and bring her order. Very disappointed.

Been here twice so far doing curbside. Food has been tasty and hot. Server has been nice and fast. Only issue we had is to get could have filled up the fries containers more.:

Haha, all these negative reviews are quite amusing! It seems like everyone knows that people come to Applebee's mainly for a quick drink and some food that they don't really love...

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was poor, with a long wait for our food. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. Additionally, the waitstaff, there were only two of them, seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.
