The fish taco, pork belly taco, shrimp burrito, and beef burrito were all absolutely delicious! We can't wait to make this our regular spot in Ridgefield. Prime Taco truly serves the community well, and it's great to see them back in town. This is an excellent way to introduce the new best taco joint in the area! Which is a soft opening, but it felt like they were open for months. No growing pain Hiccups made by the front or rear end staff. Oh, and the food was delicious! My family had exactly every signature taco, and every Taco was a winner.

We love prime taco! Have eaten here several times since they have opened and even on the busiest nights our food arrived quickly and hot. Plus all the fresh Prime ingredients can't be beat. Wash it all down with their awesome sangria!
One of the best taco/burrito places I’ve been to. The steak taco was amazing and the margaritas were perfect.
Food is great! Lots of flavor, not too spicy. So happy there is a taco place in town!
