The coffee at this restaurant is good, but I have been contaminated twice. I ordered milk and paid for it, but they forgot twice, causing me to become sick all night. Additionally, they use unwrapped straws, which violates health codes and is disgusting. The coffee at this restaurant is good, but I have been contaminated twice. I ordered milk and paid for it, but they forgot twice, causing me to become sick all night. Additionally, they use unwrapped straws, which violates health codes and is disgusting. The staff also touch credit cards and cash without washing their hands, then handle unpackaged straws and put them in drinks. This unsanitary behavior has occurred every time I have visited this restaurant, which has been multiple times. I am done with dining there.
The service is consistently quick, the coffee is robust, and kids adore the soft serve ice cream!
Usually excellent, but this morning they served me a bagel with cream cheese without informing me that it contained cheese. They seemed to have hoped that I wouldn't write a review.
I really didn't like the drink I got, but the service was great and the whole process was good.
