I am very grateful that they opened a Chipotle in Ridgecrest. I got a steak bowl and a chicken bowl the portions were very generous of all the toppings. Just a note the drive through is not a drive through you must order ahead. View all feedback.
What Jamie Lynch doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I've been here twice, ordered the chicken bowl with black beans, shredded cheese and some vegetables. Got sick both times. Same issues Chipotle has had all over the states, making people sick. Maybe it was the nasty grill not being cleaned properly, but the food prep area was not so appealing either. Everything was all over the place. Never going to another Chipotle again! Everything was good service wise. My complaint was the cost, over $30 for two meals. Not what I expect for fast-food. Atmosphere was very commercial, nothing to right home about.

For employees that make over 15.00 an hour... they sure do need more training to give that 15.00 an house customer service and prep the food like they have some common sense. Management needs to set an example and retraining them to actually earn that 15.00 an hour. Food was cold... rice wasn't done all the way and employees don't follow simple written directions on how to make the food.
Couldn't even get to the food because this restaurant is not good for people with noise sensitivity. The dining area is not acoustically treated, so all sounds echo loudly, and one of the alarms is high pitched and has a very harsh chirp that combined with the previous echo. I realized that I would have to sit through the whole dinner with this and left to eat elsewhere. Maybe the food's good, I don't know, I'm not trying it anytime soon.
