We mostly just order out but when we dine in its always a good experience. This place is family owned so you get that personal treatment, everybody is pleasant and the atmosphere is homey. They have little arcade for kids, big screen tv for those big games, cold beer and they have this HUGE pizza called the Sequoia! Yummy and did I mention huge, the box is 3x3!! What User doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
I went there for the buffet and was second in line. When I approached the registration, the staff member was leaving. I waited for about four minutes without being served. The people in the kitchen noticed this but did nothing to help. The service was terrible, especially considering the high prices. View all feedback.

The meal was reasonably priced, falling in the $10–20 range, which I found to be a good value for the quality offered. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its taste and presentation. The service matched the quality of the food, also receiving a 4, as the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our meal. As for the atmosphere, it was inviting and pleasant, making for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for a satisfying dinner!
