Little Caesars Pizza - Ridgecrest

Eating was good, basic pizza for a decent price. the personal could use some customer service training. ordered early and requested a subsequent collection. restaurant was busy so I can understand why my pizza was made 30 minutes after the desired pick-up time. during the waiting, the employee behind the counter was rude and gave everyone in the job when they were asked about the status of the commands. I have worked food service and understood that the busy times can be stressful, but that does not give an excuse to be rude and impatient with customers.

Despite one of their ovens being out of order, they are still churning out delicious pizzas. Great work! They welcome you as soon as you enter the door. The staff is very friendly. I always enjoy coming here.

It was really busy as expected at dinnertime crunch, people were waiting for their orders and the employees had a great attitude ? Our pizzas were delish.

Never any Hot and Ready pizzas. Ordered 1 tonight and waited 25 minutes. Checked on the order and the order was never made. Poor delivery drivers from Grubhub were upset to because multiple people got their pizza before him and he was there for 30 minutes. The place is a joke. Get your staff trained!

A bit overpriced for what you get but they have wonderful staff. The food seems to have improved lately though so it is now my go to place for inexpensive pizza for birthday parties or when the local Pizza Hut (never ordering there again) and Papa John's (never going there again either) screws up my order and I just want something to eat now.
