Eine Platte mit Trockenfleisch, geräuchtem Schinken und Speck, Wurst und Käse. Dazu gabs Cornichon mit Silberzwiebeln sowie Brot mit Butter. Eine tolle Platte wurde aufgetischt und wir waren beide mehr als satt obschon die Platte eigentlich für eine Person gedacht ist. Hier stimmt der Preis und die Leistung. Weniger gut war die Sauberkeit. Der Tisch war nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem standen die Tische relativ eng beeinander, weshalb das Lokal etwas ungemütlich wirkte.

Excellent quality and large pizzas accompanied by some local wine and attentive service. Will be back again soon.

Now that n... read more When we were there last, Le Central was just as you would expect for a Bar across the road from a ski lift. Friendly, comfortable and above all busy. Now that new building development has begun in La Tzoumaz they decided to ufdate Le Central, and went a bit overboard. Now it is sterile and clean, but not as much fun. Probably why there is never a problem getting a table now.

The new and improved Le Central is great for a coffee or hot chocolate after a great day skiing. The cafe has just been renovated and looks great. With the free... read more The new and improved Le Central is great for a coffee or hot chocolate after a great day skiing. The cafe has just been renovated and looks great. With the free wifi and great beverages on offer, this is a local hot-spot. Also able to get a table and great service. There is also a restaurant, which I didn't visit but if it's as good as the cafe I'd recommend trying it out
