Had a great experience at Nandos as I hadn't been there in years... Greeted by a lovely hostess who brought me to my table and explained the ordering system (either QR code or at the counter) and the menu. Had the chicken wrap with extra hot sauce which was perfect for me as I love a bit of spice! The service was attentive and friendly and id recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a chicken fix! View all feedback.

I went here on a Saturday night before I could sit down the the food was ready pre cooked very dry I asked the guy to change it he replaced it with chicken smorhered in sauce terrible I love nandos will not go to this Twickenham branch again still waiting for a voucher for 2 weeks never received bad management View all feedback.
No vinegar which was annoying, tomato sauce all empty, this was at 17:00 just as they opened. Service was good and food was good

One of the worst Nando’s I’ve ever been too. The Garlic Bread was terrible. It was extremely hard, it looked like the bread was not baked properly. The last time I came in I had issues with my wing roulette were extremely hard as well. It looks like it’s not fresh and been stored and used for days.
Brilliant staff. Well run . Quick and clean. Really nice
