Prezzo - Richmond Upon Thames

I've been to various prezzo a few times and I've always found the food and service great. we came to the Mühlenberg branch last Thursday and it was incredibly busy in all fairness it was the night before ostern Friday. we were brought to a table in the corner and we could hardly hear how it was so loud. the service was terrible. we ordered in the app as we were told, and although our drinks came within 10 minutes after 50 minutes our appetizers were not yet there and it was impossible to get the personal, so we had to get up twice and go to the bar to ask them. After an hour the appetizers that were delicious (frittenmozerella, garlic bread, calamari) came after we finished the appetizers, we waited for 40 minutes on our net and during this time and had to get up and go into the bar to get more drinks when nobody went by. the main were also delicious (cheese penne al forno and a risotto,) but that was the first time that I had ever had a meal where a worker did not even ask how the meal was. as we originally dessert, we had in this phase almost two and a half hours in the restaurant with very little apology for the shocking service. I thought they might have offered a free dessert. but they didn't seem so much to care. we left and had dessert somewhere. total fantastic eating, but worst service. will not be back to this second.

I visited Prezzo today and I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service since my last visit! Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and very attentive. The food was delicious and tasted amazing. I especially loved their new addition of vegetarian cheese. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Avoid this place! we came an hour before the kitchen closed at 10 o'clock, but wanted a quick meal so that didn't think there was a problem. the ordered wee and there are only 2 roses, where from my partner ordered the sweet, as confirmed by the...Assistent manager who served us. the appetizers were ok, but the most important courses were ruined by most chili they had ever seen. I had crabs and lobster ravioli and partner had lachs penne. we have tried to enjoy it and remove the chilis, but none of us could taste something as the munde burns. had to leave and be late to reorder. not that the assistent or waiter were at all attentive. dreadful service they had obviously played mentally before closing, although there were other tables. I later discovered the wine my partner had, the dry was not sweet. I complained, and the wee was removed from the bill, but both of us barely touched were not. I asked, and since we didn't say immediately, we were charged, but gave a credit for 25% from the next time. I will never go back there again and it will keep me full of prezzo. avoid this place please they will be very disappointed when they go.

Today, my partner and I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. We were most impressed by the friendly staff, incredible cocktails, and delicious food.

Really impressed with our last visit in Prezzo Mill Hill, staff really friendly and the outside area tidy and nice.
