great local curry house. not at the lower end of the price range (approximately a ten for net), but a correct quality food. really good rezala (nicely sour, not over spicy) and saag distributor, nice fluffy naan. also an interesting Indian bottle beer that I had not tried before white rhino is worth a piece! We used St Margarets' Haweli for years and really loved it so when we moved, we tried the Barnes one and were massively disappointed and didn't try again for a couple of years. We decided to risk it again this week and I feel compelled to review it because it was great – perhaps not excellent, but certainly very good. We just moved to the area and this was our first meal. It didn't disappoint! The onion bhajis were absolutely delicious crispy and full of taste and all our main dishes were also fantastic. Very recommended!
Reliable Indian food You can actually taste the ingredients and spices instead of a mouthful prefabricated sauce. Good people, very expensive.
