I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and they make delicious sandwiches and salads. Today, I ordered a sandwich and was served with a smile! (Check out the photo). View all feedback. What extoronto doesn't like about Subway:
The lobster at this restaurant was a major letdown. It came on a tiny tray that looked nothing like the advertisement. The amount of lobster in the sub was minimal and clearly not up to par. For a true lobster roll experience, head to the East Coast or Maine where you'll find fresh, overflowing lobster. The frozen, lackluster lobster at this restaurant just doesn't cut it. Disgusting treatment of customersTHEY made a mistake and had the audacity to try and insinuate that we are liars and said we wanted our subs toasted.

I often visit this Subway for lunch. The location is clean and the staff is satisfactory. Occasionally they are a bit slow, but it's not too big of an issue.
