Subway - Richmond Hill

The lobster at this restaurant was a major letdown. It came on a tiny tray that looked nothing like the advertisement. The amount of lobster in the sub was minimal and clearly not up to par. For a true lobster roll experience, head to the East Coast or Maine where you'll find fresh, overflowing lobster. The frozen, lackluster lobster at this restaurant just doesn't cut it. Save your money and make your own lobster roll with fresh lobster from a local market. Overall, a disappointing experience from a chain that I usually enjoy. Stick to the regular subs and skip this one.

Disgusting treatment of customersTHEY made a mistake and had the audacity to try and insinuate that we are liars and said we wanted our subs toasted.

I often visit this Subway for lunch. The location is clean and the staff is satisfactory. Occasionally they are a bit slow, but it's not too big of an issue.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and they make delicious sandwiches and salads. Today, I ordered a sandwich and was served with a smile! (Check out the photo).

Lobster comes out from somewhere in the back room - on a little 2 inch by 3 inch tray, a half inch deep, and about 2/3 full.bears ABSOLUTELY NO resemblance to advertising photo. for the 6 inch sub in the photo, they must have used at least 6 of the little trays to have that much lobster in the sub.figured I'd give it a shot, not expecting much, but was disappointed even at that.if you want to have a lobster roll, go to either the Canadian east coast, or to maine, and have the real thing. fresh lobster spilling out the top and ends. not something that came out of a freezer vault in the back room and does not appear to have seen salt water in more than a year.for the price, you can go into a local market and get a relatively fresh whole lobster and make a real lobster roll that tastes a whole lot better.truly a disappointment, since I generally like, and eat at subway (the standard subs) a fair bit while travelling. the regular subs are very good. avoid this particular one.
