I am surprised to read recent reviews . I enjoyed the thanksgiving brunch buffet. The service was prompt, attentive and professional. Our servers were filling mimosas and clearing our table constantly. The food was prepared and displayed to perfection. The crab legs were pre split and the prime rib would melt in your mouth. Omelets were freshly prepared and all other sides were delicious. I will be back. View all feedback.
What Vilena Miglė doesn't like about Trevi's Restaurant:
Had to wait for a long time to be served although restaurant was almost empty. 16 pages of cocktails and drinks but two pages of food. Food priced reasonably but a glass of non premium Pinot Noir was $16. Noisy and cold, not a great experience. View all feedback.
This hotel was okay, honestly the staff was incredibly rude, but I 'll chalk it up to having a bad day maybe?? I will say Christian at the front was AMAZING, but he was the exception to the rule as far as the rest of the staff goes. They Don 't service the rooms anymore, I guess because of Covid? But when you 're there for a good amount that is a pain. And to be honest I think they just don 't want to service the rooms. All in all it was ok at best.
Do not visit this hotel if you believe that pets are family. We love our dogs and they are ohana to ue nobody gets left behind. The Omni claims to be dog friendly but I promise you, they are not. At one point walking our dogs aross the lobby we were told we needed to pick them up. We have two pups under 14 pounds each. Easy enough for us but obviously not for my pet sitting clients with sweet Pittie mixies and Cane Corsos ranging from 45 to 115 pounds. Let me not bury the lead, however. One of our pups (10 pounds and 2 years old) barks when we leave. He is a very sweet guy and we 've been working on his socialization post pandemic. We took him on two nice long enriching, full of sniffs walks today. We played fetch in room with his favorite toy. We gave him calming treats that have worked to calm him in the past. And then we left the room and went to a show that did not allow phones or other recording devices. We returned to a room empty of puppies with this sign on our indoor closet door not even posted to the outside door. The employees were forced to enforce this policy and put two 10 and 14 pound dogs into a kennel fit for one 10 pound dog. This was not safe for the employees (who would never be expected to intercede in this way at their own risk) and was not safe nor humane treatment for the dogs, both of whom were rescues! Just imagine and pardon the anthropomorphism that you are bred to bark when concerned about your home or you sense intruders. Then you continue to bark as you were bred by humans to do when your humans are gone. Then later, stranger humans come and take you away from your home (room) you 've known for two days and away from all smells of the humans you 've known as home for 4 years. And all in a hotel that calls itself pet friendly, where one dog was barking at 9:30pm on a Thursday, and complaints were lodged in said pet friendly hotel. Save yourself the heartbreak of finding an empty room and look somewhere else for lodging even if you are without your furamily on this visit. Great customer service, neat rooms, and excellent view from the 18th floor! Loved my stay.
Great location, dirty poorly maintained rooms. Upon checking in our sink had standing water, debris and human hair. The stopper was broken just left there? Our remote control didn't work there were mystery stains on the pillows. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Kinda a shame as Omni is usually a reliable brand but not this one.
Staff is top notch. They offer valet. Starbucks and a cafe in lobby with several eating options. Walkable to so many things. Rooms were clean. Each hotel floor has art of historic figures. Highly recommend.
