Looking thru the list of Chinese food restaurants, I don't believe there is one I haven't tried and Ting's, without a doubt, is the best classic American Chinese food around here. Love it. View all feedback.
What Aliyah Craddock doesn't like about Ting's Chinese:
We’ve been coming here for a while, but our latest trip left us with bad smelly shrimp. I honestly think this place needs a visit from the health department. You should never ever serve bad shrimp to customers and then once we told them they acted like we were lying to them until we told we told them to SMELL it. The fact they didn’t make it a priority to listen to us when this establishment can be shut down over bad... View all feedback.
Not good. Went based on yelp reviews. Singapore noodles and Hunan chicken were not edible. The seasoning on the noodles had a funny smell and taste. Hunan chicken was tasteless. Even the general tso's chicken was mushy. Dumplings looked like they came from the frozen section at Costco. Pork fried rice was only thing worth eating. Can't understand the five star ratings. Maybe their regular Chef had a day off.
The food was amazing! True New England style and flavor. I moved to RVA 4 years ago and finally found the best Chinese food spot in the state. We ordered pickup for nye and it was ready on time and the service was amazing. Super clean inside too
Best Chinese food in the area and that I’ve had in years. Delicious egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, lo mein, boneless spare ribs. Very clean restaurant, quick and efficient. Great quality every time.
Amazing food! Tastes both authentic Chinese-American food that’s seems really friendly to those who aren’t familiar to the cuisine! Fair prices and gives a good amount of food! Worth the money :
I go there almost every week; closed mondays. They have tables, but they are seldom used, but many happy customers.Parking: Excellent parking, but the fancy layout of the entrance/exit is ambiguous and adds unnecessary risk; be careful. Kids on bikes could not be seen over some of the hedges.
