Taco Bell - Richmond

Great service and order accuracy. The staff here is very friendly and my order is always right! Other than that, it is a usual Taco Bell and is usually easier to reach and out and less clogged than other locations in the area.

Best Taco Bell at Grand Parkway Westpark Tollway. Shows the friendly service to order food, and super clean drive-thru and restaurant. This Taco Bell actually care for their customers and the quality of food and service they have. And it shows! Fast Drivethru and smiling faces all around. After I lied rudely at the FM 1093 location and had moved with a little punks setting, I made the extra trip to this place on Grand Parkway. I have every little time!

Edit 3/22/2022: The move to the trend usually seems to be resolved. They occasionally ask for ahead, but under more appropriate circumstances (if there is a waiting time for fresh food and several cars behind you) not only by default to make it look good on paper. Thank you for listening and acting on customer requests! 'Changing my 5 Star review: (Food is still great) I'm tired of this trend 'Can you pull around to the front. ' Yes with a time because you have no choice. Everything to see the figures for the appearance of a better customer service. Meanwhile, you will drive away loyal customers. I understand if there is a line and you have a great order or something must be done fresh, but if I'm the only one in the line and nobody else ever appears. Why do you even have a ride? I know this has nothing to do with this location and is a corporate policy, but something has to be done. The food is always great at this point. Please do something about it!!!! '

Great service with plenty of condiments for your tacos. Clean atmosphere with clean tables, and sits ,clean windows plus door glass. Great Job keep up with excellent quality.
