Taco Bell - Richmond

This location is hit or miss as far as service. I guess they have a hard time finding workers. It is advised to check your order before you pull away from the drive thru as you may be missing items.

I was in Richmond on business. My friend suggested that she could order online and that I could pick it up.This work just as planned.The line was short the service was prompt and the cashier had a smile on her face.My friend had told me that the food would not be prepared until I got in line and that that's the way that Taco Bell operated. That way their food would not be cold waiting on somebody.Well that part must have been left out or Taco Bell didn't know it.Evidently the food have been cooked prepared as soon as the order was placed.When I returned with the food it was not hot or even very tasty. That was my first taste of a Mexican pizza..... don't know if I'll buy it again.I've been doing Google reviews for a number of years and always try to be honest in my assessment for it is this that others utilize for their choice of things. Will not just mine but mine among others. Hopefully this was only a glitch in this Taco bells daily task. I might try them again when I return.The two pictures of the window show a steamed up window and wear some of the moisture has run. The reason I took this picture is because the way it run actually made a woman looking out. Or at least that's my perception.

Disgusting disrespectful staff. I will never again go there as a customer nor as a dash driver. The staff are absolutely unorganized and nasty! I decided to pickup a door dash order on my way home...horrible decision. I had to wait extreeeeeeeemely long for an order that was preordered and according to the customer ended up being wrong!The staff were telling me to do contradicting things to get the order. I did exactly what the person at the first point of contact told me to do which was to go ahead pull up to the 2nd window. I waited until the girl there finished with the customer she had before asking her for the order. She proceeded to suggest i get back in line behind someone i was already ahead of! Absolutely not .....she must have lost her mind! After that her tone and her demeanor were extremely foul and i responded accordingly. I'm a 35 year old woman ....i'm not about to play with these kids (that’s what they are to me). They need training, better communication and some respect or else they will be working at Taco Bell at the same exact level for the rest of their lives . Not by choice, but because no other establishment will tolerate their foolishness lack of couth ??‍. They also need a mobile pickup area as indicated inside the app! The terrible attitudes I witnessed is dangerous because some people in these streets have Absolutely NOTHING to lose and may act accordingly when met with what I was met with at this location.Will never ....ever be back there...child ....the ghetto!

The ordered chickens' pasta melts and got chicken and cheese packed in a soft taco dish, do not definitiw what the picture shows. very disappointed and a huge waste of money

This is the only one I'm going now. very friendly, great service and an order completely on time and right.
