I placed and paid for an online order to be picked up at this location. When I went to get the food, the staff stated the computers were down and refused to give me the order. I showed them the app, which indicated the payment was made and the order was in the process of being made. It didn 't matter. The workers have closed early on multiple occasions and don’t provide quality service. Recommend going to the Bella Terra location instead.

Came before 8 pm , hours open till 10 pm, staff inside as well as few people , door locked, no sign at door of closed, not sure what going on, just signed for inside of close, they need more transparency…
The service is slow. The servers dont understand directions. This establishment need alot lot more work with production. This is the slowest serving subway I have been to.

A staff member contacted their boss Masiel, who instructed them not to honor the order because of computer issues. After I left, the app stated the food was picked up and my credit card was charged. I emailed Subway and did not receive a response other than the automatic email. They never refunded my money or reward points. I had to dispute the issue with my credit card in order to try to get my money back.
