Roy's Big Burger - Richmond

Outdoor seating only with a walk up counter. There are better looking burgers to be found, but if you just want an excellent burger on the run it's hard to beat. WAY better than any fast food and really quick service even when it's crowded, which it usually is. If you're really hungry try the double with cheese and bacon, but they also have a triple and a 4x... ouch! Onion rings are always great and I prefer them over the fries.

Was it a good burger? Yeah. Was it the best burger I've ever had? No. Definitely a little pricey for me since you pay for everything separately. It was almost $30 for me and husband to eat. 2 burgers, large fries, and a large drink. But it's worth a try if you're on that side of town.

The food here is good I have been coming here since I was a kid and the food is just the way I remember delicious.

Great burger joint! not the cheapest place, but eating is worth it definitiw. free, go restaurant. we have been here for years, sometimes we grab and go to the bryd park, which is quite next door, or simply take a table right on the ground. they have a new place in the back, with some picnic tables and planted trees. my children really love the fried mac n' cheese. we usually take tweebel rings and pommes with our burgers. You can get the burgers anyway you want, but I like all the way there is in the rule a line, but they are pretty fast. in the summer we take an egg for dessert. it's been around us forever, which tells you how good it is, has really been the test of the time. Stop, grab a bite, you'll be happy.
