Picked up some pie to go by ordering ahead. Could not have been easier or more delicious! I had the chicken veg and my husband had the lamb pie. Their crust tastes so buttery without being greasy and the filling was perfectly portioned for the size. I only wish I lived closer so I could enjoy Proper Pie more often. View all feedback.

I ordered 9 cakes in just two visits. most were individual and savory (pork, bark, huh, vegan, sausage roll) and crazy delicious, filling. the whole lemon chess was too good to take only one disc at a time. they are not only delicious cakes, they are also very beautiful. I have posted online at 10a order to pick up daytime with zero waiting time and a happy sender. what is not to love.
Current covid online order and window pickup is wonderful and quickPies i bought were phenomenal, inlaws approved!
I want to live on this cake business for the rest of my life. they get flocks in the vegan bake! both sweet and savory are fantastic (blackberry peach basket is a favorite) but it would be cool if there was a vegan economical option that was only milk free meat but no butter/milk. they understand why there is no, but worth a shot.
Very recommend the brombeer buttermilk sweet cake and in the spicy hand cake I liked the sausage roll and the mint cake. fyi, handpis use puff bakery that stay inside hot for a long time. will definitely return when in richmond again.
Waiting in the cold worth. delicious homemade cakes. sweet savory options. friendly staff. I had a bite of the chocolate pecan pipe - it's pure heaven on earth.
