I was waiting for my wife, who had been sent to pick up takeout, while I played with our one-year-old son in front of our car. One of the staff members took out the trash, checked on us to make sure everything was okay, and even offered me a complimentary drink when I was feeling thirsty. I love Popeyes! The staff was Lively and taking my order was a pleasant experience. Their mac and cheese is good however I was disappointed that their portions was literally 1/3 less than I got 3 months ago!: . It's sort of amazing that a large drink and a side order of mac and cheese cost me $7.30. However the chicken and biscuit eased the pain of the whole order cost

Please check the orders before you give to a customer...ordered 3pc mild with Cajun rice, get home I have spicy tenders and fries...I dont eat spicy foods...if I wasn't riding with someone else I would have come back.
Customer service sucked. I went inside the restaurant to order and my chicken had feathers on it, my apple pie was burnt, and I went to the restroom man's to be clear because they wouldn't allow me a (female) to use the ladies room didn't ask why. It was disgusting in the restroom, it didn't have tissue nor paper towels to dry your hands with. I spent $18 for nothing.
