Pho Luca's - Richmond

I have been visiting this restaurant with my family for many years. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect. My father, who is a Vietnamese refugee and very particular about where he eats pho, would have no problem dining here.

The Pho at this restaurant is delightful, with great service. My husband and I love the rich flavor of the broth, everything is perfectly balanced. Definitely worth a visit to try it out.

I finally had the chance to visit Pho Luca on my quest to explore my new hometown. I wish I had started here instead of trying out a couple of other Pho restaurants first. The recommended combination of brisket and rare eye round was amazing! The sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil, and lime were all incredibly fresh, and the bowl was full of flavorful meat and noodles. I ordered the regular size and had leftovers. The standout of the dish was the smooth, silky, perfectly balanced broth. Although this Pho was not spicy, I believe there is an option to add spice, which I will definitely try next time. The meat combination was delicious, and I could distinguish between the different cuts. The service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is charming and relaxing, and it's no wonder it fills up quickly. Parking near Cary St may be challenging, but if you can find a spot, take the time to enjoy the stroll. It's good for you, just like Pho Luca will be good to you!

Vibe is so welcoming. Staff are always exceptionally friendly. Food is delicious and I love their vegan options- even the Thai iced tea with oat milk is outstanding. One of my favorite places in RVA.Vegetarian options: Vegan menu ?
