Noorani Kabab House - Richmond

“The buffet was simply ok. banquet hall type ambience...” I am here in henrico quite new, went on Friday with colleagues there, hoping on the good buffer as come from nj where so many options are in buffet (Best-cinnamon), but it disappointed me. the main course was not so good. an option was there in dessert. it was okay buffet for me.

Well, not so much. we liked noorani. was already there several times. always happy. used to make Pakistani and Chinese food on menu. no more chinese that cook lost, no great loss. Apparently, the Pakistani cook has lost. the owner cook. not good. in view of this place has no atmosphere. it's just in there. we went for dinner. No, it's nothing special. the service is ok, it did not pay attention, but the owners try to do it all perhaps involuntarily, but they need to return their chef.

Good food, okay service, rude and pompous owner. Never in my life has a manager or owner of an establishment talked to me in such a rude manner. My husband went to Noorani today for lunch and ordered a Matar Paneer to go for me. He continued to eat his food and wait. And wait while staring at the waitress. The waitress came by several times to let him know the food would be out soon. I understand the kitchen can get busy while keeping up with the buffet, so the long wait for the food can be forgiven However, the long wait for the food is not where the experience ended. Every time is like the first time. The food is the same every time I go there.... Perfect... Best kabab in Richmond and while they can be understaffed at times, however the staff members there are genuinely nice people... in 2014 I have been there a good 10 times. ..and no I am not related to the owners
