Very courteous and helpful staff idk, why more dealers can not be as friendly as they are all today at 9:00 there and 3:59 I do door bag and it was a very simple handoff today

One of my main issues is with the view of the kitchen and the takeout operation. Having some background in food preparation, I've been able to get a glimpse of their kitchen from the customer area, and it raises questions about their health compliance. I've learned that sometimes it's best not to watch too closely. Furthermore, the primary staff member during the week, Mara, comes across as cold and unapproachable, much like a hot dog straight out of the fridge. She often seems glued to her phone, giving short, dismissive answers, which reflects an attitude that customer concerns are unimportant. I've noticed that she treats regular customers differently from those who aren't, which has led us to intentionally reduce our visits. We used to dine there two to three times a week because we dislike cooking, but now we’re down to about once a month. I hope this review reaches management and encourages them to improve, especially considering that the current economic climate will impact their ongoing success. Customer service and satisfaction are key factors in that success.

The food and service here are exceptional. My family and I have been visiting for nearly 15 years, and we've always been satisfied. My personal favorites are the roasted chicken steak and the Texas Original Burger.

This is a fantastic place to stop for a lunch break during work. They took great care of us even after the lunch rush (around 12:30). If you're looking for a good family-friendly spot, I highly recommend it!

I ordered grilled red fish, but I was served a grilled tilapia fillet instead, and it was unpleasant. I want a refund, but it's frustrating that there’s no recourse for issues like this with restaurants! They can serve you anything and face no consequences. Abbot, are you paying attention?
