I was seated in a less-than-ideal location after making special requests that weren’t honored. The server did their best, but our meals were delayed, and the appetizer was burnt and needed to be replaced. While the manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill, the overall experience took too long, especially on a special occasion. What User doesn't like about Maggiano's Richmond:
Generally everything was fine but was a bit upset that even though I indicated it was my friends birthday the restaurant didn’t do anything ... yet I saw another table get something with a candle in it. Not sure how the message gets passed down but it was disappointing. The food was good but a bit salty. View all feedback.
The service was awesome. The waitress was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I am glad that I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Super fast service, and very friendly. Food quality had gone done a little since our last visit.
Always great food and an enjoyable experience. Would always suggest reservation..
The food was great as it always is! That is why it is one of our favorites for special occasions.
